BSH Employer branding campaign
Multichannel employer branding and recruitment campaign for Siemens and Bosch factories
To create a comprehensive employer branding & recruitment campaign that would attract production workers to work in one of the biggest factories of washing machines & dryers in Europe.
We started the project with comprehensive interviews with the key managers of the company and analysis of the target audience and their needs. Our strategy and creative team, together with our copywriter, determined the creative concept, core messages of the campaign, catchy advertising slogans and the supporting imagery. We designed key visuals for 2 years OOH campaign that included citylights, billboards, ATM machines, public buses and transport inside the factories. The printed collateral has been distributed in key areas in the city to attract potential candidates. To strengthen those activities we also created a set of dynamic video interviews with key workers to show their work inside the factory and encourage people to visit the career website and apply for job positions. Moreover, we wrote a script and produced a corporate video of the factory and BSH activities in Poland. All those activities we have advertised in the social media account of the company.
Internal Employer Branding
Employer branding activities directed toward current employees inside factories included a set of stickers with funny and catchy slogans connected to their daily work. They initiative has been so successful that employees sticked it on their computers, cars and agenda notebooks and photographed themselves and shared it among the colleagues. This created a sense of belonging to the company and brought both employees and management together. We also designed key visuals and set of posters and online banners for the program of employees ´referral where employees received cash prizes for recommending people to work at BSH.
